1. Item Listings & Descriptions

· Be Accurate: All listings must include clear, honest, and detailed descriptions.

· Include Condition: Indicate if the item is new, gently used, or has flaws.

· Use Real Photos: Upload actual pictures of the item — not stock images (unless authorized).

· State Inclusions: Clearly mention what’s included (e.g., accessories, original packaging).

2. Shipping & Handling

· Timely Dispatch: Ship items within the promised timeframe (generally within 2–3 business days).

· Use Trackable Methods: Provide tracking info for all shipments.

· Fabulous Cartz Postal Option: If using our integrated shipping service, follow the guidelines provided for packaging and drop-off.

3. Return Policy Requirements

Sellers on Fabulous Cartz must accept returns if:

· The item is damaged before arrival

· The item is significantly different from the listing description

In such cases:

· Buyers must report issues within 3 days of delivery with photo evidence.

· Sellers are expected to work with buyers (or Fabulous Cartz support) to resolve valid claims.

· You may be required to issue a refund or exchange at your expense.

Optional: You may choose to accept additional returns (e.g., for fit or preference), but you must state that clearly in your listing.

4. Legal Compliance

Sellers are responsible for ensuring:

· The items sold comply with applicable local, state, and federal laws.

· No counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited items are listed.

· You follow any local tax obligations.

5. Prohibited Practices

Do not:

· Misrepresent items or engage in bait-and-switch tactics

· Delay shipping without notifying the buyer

· Communicate outside the platform to bypass fees

· Refuse returns that fall under platform protection rules

Violating these rules may result in:

· Temporary or permanent suspension of your seller account

· Loss of payout eligibility

· Legal action, depending on the severity of the offense
